How SBI PO is actually structured
SBI PO runs in three phases. Prelims is a 100-mark online objective screening test - qualifying only, marks aren't counted in final merit. Mains has a 200-mark objective test across four sections plus a 30-mark descriptive test (essay + letter). Phase III is a psychometric test, Group Exercise and Interview (50 marks). Final merit combines Mains and Phase III in a 75:25 ratio, with 0.25 negative marking on the objective papers.
