Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Grit Labs AI("we", "us"), the operator of the PrepClever website, the app.prepclever.in web app and the NISMReady mobile app (together, "the Services"). By creating an account, buying a course or otherwise using the Services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The Services are sold and delivered in India. By using them you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are using the Services for your own exam preparation.

You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Keep your login details and OTPs to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] immediately if you think someone else has access. Accounts are personal: sharing one account between several people, or reselling access, is a breach of these Terms and we may suspend the account without refund.

• Free content — sample questions, the free quiz, study notes, glossary and guides stay free and need no payment. We may change or withdraw free content at any time.
• Paid courses — a single one-time payment unlocks every mock test, question bank and explanation for that exam. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You will never be charged again unless you buy something else.
• Access period — paid access runs for a fixed window from the date of payment, between two and six months depending on the exam. The exact window is shown on the checkout page before you pay and in your receipt. It is set to comfortably exceed the published preparation time for that exam.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services and their content for your own preparation during that window. All other rights are reserved.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the page for each exam and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets; in-app purchases on Android are billed through Google Play. Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made. If a payment is taken and access is not granted, write to us and we will either fix the access or refund you in full.

Every paid course carries a 7-day full refund: if the product is not right for you, email us within 7 days of paying and we refund the whole amount, no forms and no interrogation. The full terms, including how to ask and how long the money takes to arrive, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Grit Labs AI is an independent exam-preparation company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to NISM, SEBI, IIBF, IRDAI, RBI, NABARD, NSE, BSE, IBPS, SSC, GARP, the CFA Institute or any other examination or regulatory body. Exam names, series numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which exam our material prepares you for. Always treat the official syllabus and the official website of the exam body as authoritative.

Our content is study material, not advice, and passing an exam depends on your own preparation. We do not guarantee any score, pass, rank, selection, certification or career outcome. We work hard on accuracy, but questions and syllabus notes can contain errors or fall out of date after a syllabus revision — if you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, screenshot in bulk, republish, resell or distribute our questions, explanations or notes without our written permission.
• Share your account, or let anyone else study on it.
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools against the Services.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the apps, or try to get at their source code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, or disrupt them for other users.
• Use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to others.

Our question banks are original work and are watermarked and monitored. We enforce this clause.

All content, software, design and branding on the Services belongs to Grit Labs AI or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law. The PrepClever and NISMReady names and logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely and without obligation.

You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use clause — or where we are required to by law. If we close your account for a breach, we do not refund the remaining access period. If we withdraw an exam entirely while you still have paid access, we refund the unused part on a pro-rata basis.

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our reasonable control can cause downtime. Where an outage meaningfully eats into a paid access period, write to us and we will extend it.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grit Labs AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Indian consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify Grit Labs AI, its founders and employees against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

We may update these Terms as the Services or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
