How IIBF DRA is actually structured
The DRA exam is a single online paper of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks, with 2 hours to answer. It is offered in 11 languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Assamese. Questions span four modules: basics of banking, loan products and the legal side of recovery (SARFAESI, DRT, Lok Adalat, IBC), the recovery agent's role, code of conduct and soft skills, and NBFCs. There is no negative marking and 50 out of 100 clears it. You must first finish 100 hours (or 50 hours for graduates) of training at an IIBF-accredited institute, and you get three attempts within nine months of finishing that training.
