Why SEBI Grade A rejects strong candidates
They over-prepare Paper 1 aptitude and under-prepare Paper 2 - but Paper 2 carries two-thirds weight in Phase II and does the actual selection.
The Paper 2 syllabus is wide (accounts to Companies Act); without structured coverage, revision collapses near the exam.

How SEBI Grade A is actually structured
Three stages, online for the written phases. Phase I (Screening) has two 100-mark objective papers - Paper 1 common and Paper 2 stream-specific - and is qualifying.
