Stage 1
Credit Officer / Credit Manager
₹6–14 LPA
Appraises loan proposals, assesses creditworthiness and structures facilities. CCP validates end-to-end credit competence for postings and promotions in credit departments.
Stage 2
Relationship Manager (Corporate / SME)
₹7–16 LPA
Manages corporate/SME lending relationships. The certification strengthens financial-analysis and appraisal skills for larger portfolios.
Stage 3
Credit Analyst
₹5–12 LPA
Analyses financial statements, ratios and cash flows to support lending. CCP demonstrates the analytical rigour employers seek.
Stage 4
Credit Risk / NPA Management Officer
₹6–15 LPA
Monitors asset quality and manages restructuring and recovery. Maps directly to the impaired-assets module of CCP.

How the IIBF Certified Credit Officer is structured
CCP is a blended certification. Candidates first clear an online remote-proctored objective exam of 100 MCQs (incl. situation/problem-based) for 100 marks in 2 hours, in English, with no negative marking; a minimum of 50/100 passes. On clearing it, candidates attend 3 days of classroom training (with case studies), scoring at least 25/50 in internal assessment to be certified.

How to crack the IIBF Certified Credit Officer
Register online
Create/login to your profile on iibf.org.in. Both members and non-members can register; every attempt requires separate registration.
Enrol and pay the fee
Enrol for the Certified Credit Professional exam and pay ₹6,000 + GST (virtual mode). Optionally add e-learning/e-book material.
Study the courseware
Prepare using IIBF 'Credit Management' courseware plus RBI Master Directions and IIBF publications.
Take the online exam
Appear for the 100-MCQ, 100-mark, 2-hour remote-proctored online exam in English (no negative marking).
Clear the pass mark
Secure at least 50/100 to pass the online paper. Failing candidates can re-enrol (₹200 for the immediate second attempt).
Complete classroom training & get certified
Attend the 3-day classroom training, score at least 25/50 in internal assessment, and receive the digital CCP certificate by email.

Is IIBF membership required?
No - non-members can also register, though IIBF membership is common among practising bankers.
