Why candidates fail III IC-11
The 60% pass mark is far above the 35% of the IC-38 agent exam, so habits from that paper do not carry over: 41 wrong answers out of 100 is a fail.
They read the courseware once and stop. Recognising a definition is not the same as picking it out of four close options against the clock, and that is what an MCQ paper tests.
