About this career
A Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is an independent channel partner who sources loan customers — home, personal, business or auto — for banks and NBFCs, and earns a payout (a percentage of the disbursed amount) on each successful loan. It is a low-barrier, commission-led way to build a lending-distribution business. There is no formal certification: you register with a bank/NBFC (or an aggregator), complete their KYC/onboarding and code allotment, and start referring qualified leads. Income scales directly with the volume and ticket size of loans you source.
