SEBI SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) is SEBI's online investor grievance platform. Launched in 2011 and upgraded in 2023, it enables investors to lodge complaints against brokers, AMCs, RTAs, DPs, and other SEBI-registered entities.

SCORES 2.0 (2023 upgrade)

  • Complaints must be first filed with the intermediary directly
  • If unresolved in 30 days, escalate to SEBI SCORES
  • SEBI forwards complaint; intermediary must respond within 21 days
  • If still unresolved, SEBI can take enforcement action

SCORES is also integrated with ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) portal for market-related disputes.
