CAIIB Eligibility and Registration
One prerequisite matters more than any other: JAIIB. Here is who qualifies and how the twice-a-year cycle works.
CAIIB eligibility comes down to two things: ordinary membership of IIBF, and a pass in JAIIB (or its erstwhile equivalent). It is aimed at officers and staff of IIBF member banks and financial institutions, and there is no upper age limit.
If you have both, registration is an online process on the IIBF portal, run twice a year ahead of the May-June and November-December exam cycles. This page covers who qualifies, when the windows open, and the steps in between.

Who Is Eligible for CAIIB?
Anyone who holds IIBF ordinary membership and has passed JAIIB is eligible for CAIIB. The certification is offered to staff of IIBF member banks and financial institutions in India, primarily officers, and serving bankers of any age can register; there is no upper age limit.
The JAIIB prerequisite is absolute. There is no lateral entry into CAIIB for experience, seniority or other qualifications; the sequence is fixed.
