III keeps its question papers private. Here is what to prepare from instead.
If you are looking for an IC-01 previous year question paper with answers, the direct answer is that III does not publish one. It releases no past IC-01 papers or answer keys, and online candidates do not even get their own answer sheet back.

No Official IC-01 Past Papers Exist
III's Examination Handbook states that answer sheets are not provided to candidates who take the online exam and that re-totalling and revaluation are not available. Anything online presented as a real IC-01 paper is, at best, someone's recollection after sitting it. We do not reproduce, host or link to it.
Why There Is No Single "Previous Paper"
IC-01 runs online over four exam days in every session, at a date and time slot each candidate books for themselves. III has never published what was asked on any of those days, so there is no paper that can honestly be called last year's.
III also expects candidates to follow current developments in the industry, and says questions will not necessarily come from the study course alone. A recalled question from years ago can quote a rule or a figure that has since changed.

How to Treat "IC-01 Question Paper PDF" Files

What to Do Instead of Past Papers

Read the 2024 study course once, fully
It is the closest thing to a source for the questions. Make short notes as you go, one page per chapter.

Drill the principles as scenarios
IC-01 asks which principle decides a case, not just what each principle is called. Practise applying utmost good faith, insurable interest, indemnity, subrogation, contribution and proximate cause to short situations.

Take the demo test
Spend ten minutes on III's demo so the online screen is not new on the day.

Sit full timed papers
Two hours, all chapters, scored against 60%. This is what a past paper would have given you: a realistic sense of where you stand.
Spotted a Wrong Question on the Day?
Raise it through your III login (Exam Registration > Candidate Query > Question Paper Related Query) within 8 days, for ₹100 plus GST. If fewer than 10% of questions are found erroneous they are dropped for everyone; at 10% or more the paper is voided and re-held free.
