NAV (Net Asset Value)
The per-unit market value of a mutual fund scheme.
Net Asset Value is a mutual fund's total assets minus liabilities, divided by the number of outstanding units, effectively the price of one unit. It is calculated at the end of each trading day, and investors buy or redeem units at the applicable NAV.
