Every Attempt Costs the Same, and It's Non-Refundable
IIBF's own Rules & Syllabus PDF states this directly: the exam fee, once paid, will NOT be refunded or adjusted on any account. There's also no discount for re-sits. A second, third, or later attempt costs exactly the same as the first, in full.

Your certificate is issued digitally only, emailed within 3 weeks of a passing result. IIBF has discontinued the paper certificate entirely; none is issued for this exam.
