The Real Cost Is the Retake
In 2024-25, 25.14% of candidates passed (1,026 of 4,081, per IIBF's annual report). At that rate, many candidates pay the fee more than once. A non-member who needs two attempts pays ₹3,200 before taxes, plus a lost exam date.
Practising the format before your first attempt is the cheapest way to avoid paying twice.
