IIBF International Trade Finance: Eligibility and Registration
12th pass is enough, and you don't need to work in a bank. Here's how to register and book a slot.
The IIBF Certificate in International Trade Finance has a low entry bar: 12th standard pass in any discipline. You don't need to be an IIBF member, and you don't need to work in a bank.
IIBF built the course for trade finance practitioners in banks and in corporates, to handle clients' trade needs and their trade bills. So the candidates range from forex and trade officers at banks to export-import staff at manufacturers and trading firms.

Scribe and Extra Time
IIBF allows a scribe, at the candidate's own cost, with compensatory time, for candidates who are visually impaired or have low vision, candidates with cerebral palsy and loco-motor impairment that affects writing speed, and physically handicapped candidates who cannot operate a keyboard and mouse. Other categories are not eligible.
You must apply for this facility online on iibf.org.in well before the exam. IIBF says candidates who don't apply in time may be refused it.
You Agree to Be Recorded
IIBF's rules say images, video and sound of candidates and their computer systems are captured and stored for proctoring during the exam, and that registering for a remote-proctored exam means agreeing to this. Your activity is also reviewed after the exam, and unfair means found later can cancel a result.
