III keeps its question papers private. Here is what to prepare from instead.
If you are looking for an IC-11 previous year question paper with answers, the straight answer is that III does not publish one. It releases no past IC-11 papers or answer keys, and online candidates do not get their own answer sheet back.

No Official IC-11 Past Papers Exist
III's Examination Handbook states that answer sheets are not provided to online candidates and that re-totalling and revaluation are not available. Anything presented as a real IC-11 paper is, at best, someone's recollection after sitting it.
Why Old Questions Mislead in IC-11
IC-11 runs online across four exam days every session, at slots candidates book for themselves, and III has never published what was asked on any of them. There is no paper that can honestly be called last year's.
General insurance practice also dates fast. Recalled questions often carry tariff-era figures from before detariffing, older motor third-party rules from before the 2019 amendment of the Motor Vehicles Act, or policy names IRDAI has since replaced with standard products. Memorising an old answer can teach you a rule that no longer applies.

2 hours, all nine chapters, scored against 60%. This gives you what a past paper would have: an honest read on where you stand.
Spotted a Wrong Question on the Day?
Raise it through your III login (Exam Registration > Candidate Query > Question Paper Related Query) within 8 days, for ₹100 plus GST. If fewer than 10% of questions are found erroneous they are dropped for everyone; at 10% or more the paper is voided and re-held free.
