IIBF DRA Certificate Download
Passed? Your certificate is digital only. Here's where to get it, and what to do if it doesn't arrive.
IIBF no longer issues the DRA certificate on paper. If you pass, IIBF emails a digitally signed PDF certificate to the email address registered with it, within 3 weeks of the result. You can also download a copy yourself from IIBF's website using your membership or registration number.

Check Your Email First
IIBF's rules say the digitally signed certificate is emailed to your registered email address within 3 weeks of the result being declared. The website download only works after that email has gone out, so if your result came out recently, wait for the email before trying the download page.
How to Download the IIBF DRA E-Certificate
The official route, from IIBF's own website.

Go to iibf.org.in
Use IIBF's official website only. Do not enter your details on look-alike sites.

Open the DRA menu and choose "Download E-Certificate"
On IIBF's site, the DRA menu lists Download E-Certificate. It opens IIBF's certificate page at iibf.esdsconnect.com/Download_ecertificate.

Enter your Membership/Registration number
This is the number IIBF assigned when your exam application was registered. DRA candidates are usually non-members, so for most it is a registration number.

Type the security code shown on screen
If you can't read it, use "Change Image" for a new one.

Click "Get Details"
IIBF fills in your details automatically. Check your name is correct, then download the PDF.

Save the file somewhere safe
IIBF advises candidates to keep the downloaded file, and its download page states a certificate can't be downloaded more than 3 times. Save copies to your phone, email and a drive.

How to Verify the DRA Certificate Is Genuine
The certificate carries IIBF's digital signature. IIBF's guide to validating it:

Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or higher, while online
The signature check needs an internet connection that isn't blocked by a firewall.

If it doesn't validate automatically, right-click the signature
Choose Validate Signature, then Signature Properties, then validate the certificate.

Look for the green tick
"Signature valid" with a green tick means the certificate is IIBF's and hasn't been altered. Employers can run the same check on the file you send them.
If Your Certificate Hasn't Arrived or Won't Download

- check_circleDownload page finds no certificate: it may not be processed yet. IIBF says it can't be downloaded if a discrepancy, such as in your photo or signature, is found during processing.

Haven't Passed Yet?
There is no certificate until you pass: 50 out of 100 on a 100-question, 2-hour paper, taken after your 50 or 100 hours of accredited training. In FY 2024-25, 48.77% of candidates who appeared passed, per IIBF's annual report. Timed practice on the four syllabus modules is the most direct way to prepare.
