Roughly one Saturday a month, each with its own short registration window. Here's the 2026 calendar.
IIBF runs the DRA exam roughly once a month, always on a Saturday, at IIBF exam centres. Each exam date has its own registration window, which usually closes two to four weeks before the exam.
You can't register yourself: your accredited training agency submits your application during the window. So the deadline that matters to you is your agency's, which may be a few days earlier than IIBF's.

Missed the Window?
IIBF allows a few extended registration days after the regular window, for a late fee of ₹200 plus taxes on top of the exam fee. After that, you wait for the next exam date.
How to Pick Your Exam Date

Finish training first
Your agency can only apply for you once the mandatory 50 or 100 hours are complete.

Count your 9 months
All 3 attempts must fall within 270 days of the day your training ended. That covers about nine monthly exam dates.

Leave room for a retake
Booking your first attempt early keeps two more dates in reserve if you don't pass.

Tell your agency which date you want
Ask for its internal cut-off, then confirm your application went in before IIBF's window closes.

After the Exam
